2 Click the tracking link It opens the carrier page (UPS, FedEx, USPS or freight) with live updates.

3 Or sign in Log in to your account to see your orders and their status.

Order Status Explained

🟡 Processing	Your order is confirmed and being prepared (1–2 business days).
📦 Shipped	Your package is with the carrier and a tracking number has been emailed.
🚚 Out for delivery	Your package arrives today. Freight carriers will call ahead.
✅ Delivered	Your package has been delivered. Enjoy!

Tracking Not Updating?

• Allow up to 48 hours after you receive your shipping email for tracking to update.
• Check your spam or promotions folder for our shipping confirmation.
• Still no update after the expected delivery window? Email us your name and order number and we will investigate right away.
