At Moweret, we are committed to reliable and transparent shipping on every order. Below you will find everything you need to know about how we ship your home, garden and everyday products across the United States.

🚚 Free Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders — including large freight items. No hidden fees.

Shipping Destinations

Moweret ships to addresses within the contiguous United States. We do not currently offer international shipping, or shipping to P.O. boxes for freight items.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday – Friday), excluding U.S. holidays. Orders placed after 5:00 PM CST or on weekends are processed the next business day.

You will receive an order confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and a shipping confirmation with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Timeframes

📦 Standard Delivery — Small & Medium Items

Handling: 1–2 business days
Transit: 3–7 business days
Delivered via UPS, FedEx or USPS

🏗 Freight Delivery — Large & Oversized Items

Handling: 1–3 business days
Transit: 5–10 business days
Delivered by a freight carrier

Delivery estimates start once your order ships and may vary based on your location.

Freight Shipping — What to Expect

Delivery appointment: the carrier will call you to schedule a delivery window, so please make sure your phone number is correct at checkout.
You must be present to receive the shipment during the scheduled window.
Curbside delivery: items are delivered to your curb or driveway, not inside your home or garage.
Inspect before signing: check the packaging for visible damage and note any damage in writing on the delivery receipt before signing.

⚠️ Important: if you sign for a delivery without noting visible damage, we may not be able to file a damage claim with the carrier on your behalf.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update. If your order has not arrived within the expected window, contact us at contact@moweret.shop with your name and order number and we will investigate promptly.
