Return Eligibility

You can return any item within 90 days from the delivery date. We accept returns of both defective and non-defective products in new or like-new condition. All products sold on moweret.shop are eligible under this policy.

How to Request a Return

Contact us first: Email contact@moweret.shop or call +1 (843) 625-8699. If your item is damaged or defective, include clear photos and a short description of the issue.
Wait for approval: We will send you return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please do not ship anything back before you receive approval.
Ship the item: Use the prepaid label we provide, or any trackable and insured carrier if instructed. For large freight items, we will coordinate the pickup at no cost to you.
Receive your refund: Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund is processed within 3–5 business days.

⚠️ Important: Returns sent without prior authorization and an RMA number may not be processed.

Refund Process

Defective, damaged or incorrect items: full refund including original shipping fees.
Change-of-mind returns: full refund of the item purchase price. Return shipping is covered by Moweret.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method, and you will receive a confirmation email.
Depending on your bank or card provider, funds may take a few additional business days to appear.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives defective, damaged or incorrect, email us with your order number and clear photos. Depending on the issue, we will send replacement parts, ship a replacement unit, or issue a full refund. You do not need to return a damaged product unless we specifically ask you to.

To cancel, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and full name. In rare cases Moweret may cancel an order (item out of stock, payment or address cannot be verified, or a pricing error). You will be notified by email and receive a full refund.
